Shipping Cost
Shipping is always free. We even pay all applicable sales tax (within USA) and customs-fees, tariffs, and VAT (international) for you. So our pricing is truly “all inclusive” – you pay only the price as shown, with truly free delivery to your doorstep.

Shipping method for international delivery: Fedex International Priority
Our packages ship with full insurance and will require a signature upon delivery.

Processing Time
Items shown as in-stock usually ship within 2-3 business days from the order being placed (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Outside of peak times, we strive to ship orders placed by 2pm EST on the same day (or the next business day, for orders placed on weekends or holidays).
RETURNS
Due to the nature of our products, we are generally unable to accept returns for change of mind.
Our precious materials are ethically-sourced and fully-traceable back to their exact origins, and we take great care to preserve that integrity throughout our operations. Once an item has left our workshop, it cannot be reintroduced into that protected chain of custody, or presented to the next customer as “new”. This approach allows us to uphold the quality and transparency our customers expect, while avoiding waste or overproduction.
