CAN I WEAR SNOOT & STONE PENDANTS ON ANY CHAIN OR NECKLACE I ALREADY HAVE?
In principle, you can wear our dog pendants with any chain or necklace that fits through the bail. The bail on our pendants has an inner diameter of approx. 5.5 mm. Naturally, all of our own necklace options work perfectly with our dog pendants.
WHAT COLOR IS SNOOT & STONE GOLD – IS IT YELLOW GOLD OR ROSE GOLD?
Good question! It falls somewhere in between and is best described as a peach-colored gold. Some people see it as a light rose gold, while others perceive it as a very warm yellow gold that is less bright in color than most conventional alloys. Why do we use this special blend? Because it highlights the textured details of our dogs beautifully – and it is incredibly flattering on every complexion.
WHAT IS THE FINISH ON SNOOT & STONE JEWELRY – IS IT MATTE OR SHINY?
Sort of in between! We use a traditional polishing method to give our jewelry a natural finish that beautifully highlights the fur texture on our dogs. This finish wears very gracefully. Small scratches that the jewelry may pick up when you wear it all the time will blend in beautifully with the natural gold finish.
HOW DO I CLEAN SNOOT & STONE JEWELRY?
Dog pendants and all-gold necklaces can be gently cleaned with warm water, dish soap, and a soft brush, if needed. For our bead necklaces and silk cord necklaces, we recommend gentle wiping with a soft, clean, damp cotton cloth.
I DON’T SEE A PENDANT FOR MY DOG BREED – WILL YOU ADD MORE BREEDS TO YOUR LINE?
Yes, we are slowly but steadily expanding our collection. Feel free to register interest here. Dog breeds receiving a lot of requests will be given priority.
DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM ORDERS TO EXACTLY REPLICATE MY DOG?
Our dog pendants are meant as wearable sculptures that represent the essence of the breed, through the lens of our brand’s overall aesthetic. We do not offer one-off custom orders at this time.

I’M OUTSIDE OF THE USA. WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS DUTIES, TARIFFS, OR IMPORT TAXES?
If your delivery address is in one of the countries we deliver to, you will not have to pay anything other than the purchase price. We’ll cover the rest for you. If for some reason you are prompted by the package carrier to pay fees, duties or taxes, please hold off with payment and contact us first.

Snoot & Stone jewelry is crafted exclusively with Fairmined Ecological Gold and other responsibly sourced, traceable materials, ensuring every step is made with consideration for both the people and the planet. Each piece is made from scratch in our New York workshop, with full transparency for the very few processes we cannot perform in-house. Fully recycled, USA-made packaging completes our circular approach. Exploring and advancing what ethical jewelry-making can be is central to our mission, and we hope our commitment inspires others along the way.

IS YOUR GOLD “REAL GOLD”?
Yes. We use 18K gold (also known as 750/1000), the ‘gold standard’ in the fine and high jewelry industry. 18K or 750/1000 means that our precious metal is 75% pure gold, with 25% of other metals added for color, workability, and durability. Learn more about our materials here.
IS YOUR GOLD “PURE GOLD”?
While all our jewelry making starts out with “pure” (24K or 1000/1000) gold, we then blend 75% gold with 25% of other metals, to achieve the ideal color, workability, and durability. So technically, our gold is not “pure”, but used as a 75% (18K or 750/1000) alloy, the ‘gold standard’ for the fine and high jewelry industry. Learn more about our materials here.
IS YOUR GOLD “SOLID GOLD”?
Yes, our gold is 18K (750/1000) solid gold. It is not hollow, filled, or plated. Learn more about our materials here.
DOES YOUR GOLD TARNISH?
No, our high-carat (18K or 750/1000) gold does not tarnish in the conventional sense of the word. However, due to its unique composition, the gold color may slightly deepen over time, giving your jewelry a beautiful, well-loved vintage look.
ARE YOUR DIAMONDS REAL, NATURAL DIAMONDS?
